Remove patient search parameter in FHIR IG for patient use cases

Description

The FHIR IG for patient use cases (version 3.0.0-beta.1) contains the PatientIdentificationNumber search parameter in section 3.1.1.1, but this should be removed, since in the MedMij context Bearer tokens are used instead to identify the patient.

The CapabilityStatement linked in section 3.1 contains this search parameter as well. Here are two possible solutions:

  • Create a separate CapabilityStatement for the patient use cases, wherein the patient search parameter is removed.

  • Add a comment to this search parameter within the existing CapabilityStatement to explain it is not necessary to support it in patient use cases (but this solution might invoke validation warnings in Touchstone when checking the CapabilityStatement).

De CapabilityStatement voor de usecase Raadplegen/Beschikbaarstellen Medicatiegegevens is gesplitst in twee verschillende versies (voor de context van MedMij en niet-MedMij). In het TO voor de MedMij-context is de patient-parameter weggehaald en wordt gelinkt naar de nieuwe CapabilityStatement.
