Missing ValueSets from IHE

IG Publisher:
No value set found at DocumentReference.content.attachment.contentType (url = 'http://hl7.org/fhir/ValueSet/mimetypes')
No value set found at DocumentReference.content.format (url = 'http://ihe.net/fhir/ValueSet/IHE.formatcode.vs')

These are from the missing IHE MHD base spec for STU3. In addition to the profiles we recovered we also need to recover these ValueSets (and potentially CodeSystems) to complete the set

Onduidelijk waar de foutmelding over de mimetypes (No value set found at DocumentReference.content.attachment.contentType (url = 'http://hl7.org/fhir/ValueSet/mimetypes')) vandaan komt. De simplifier geeft deze error niet, Simplifier geeft wel aan dat de ihe.formatcode.vs valueset niet resolved. Deze staat inmiddels klaar in branch . 

De binding onder DocumentReference.content.attachment.contentType is 'http://www.rfc-editor.org/bcp/bcp13.txt'. Dit geldt voor zowel query documentReference als provide documentReference. 

Vermoedelijk is daarom alleen het toevoegen van de ihe.formatcode.vs valueset voldoende.

Kijken naar contenttype valueset, dat zou de voorganger moeten zijn van mimetypes.
