Update mappings LaboratoriumUitslag in DiagnosticReport en Observation

Description

N.a.v. vragen van mw. Emma van Linge, Topicus.

The mappings on FHIR resources DiagnosticReport and Observation are sometimes imprecise or lacking. Specifically the BasicElements are not mapped, some 2016 and 2017 element mappings are missing, and the relationship between the two could be more clear.

The wishlist for DiagnosticReport

  • Add: comment on every mapping with the HCIM element name to improve readability in Simplifier mapping tab

  • Add: mappings from BasicElements-v1.0 (IdentificationNumber, Subject, Author)

  • Add: missing mappings for ResultStatus, Specimen, LaboratoryTest for HCIMs 2016/2017, and Explanation for HCIM 2015

The wishlist for Observation

  • Add: comment on every mapping with the HCIM element name to improve readability in Simplifier mapping tab

  • Add: mappings from BasicElements-v1.0 (IdentificationNumber, Subject, Author)

  • Change: mapping on Observation should go to LaboratoryTest sub part of HCIM, not the whole HCIM

  • Change: mapping on Observation.status should go to TestResultStatus element, not ResultStatus which would be in DiagnosticReport

  • Add: missing mappings for Specimen for HCIMs 2016/2017

The changes have been committed to Simplifier. Without further comments, we're assuming they cover the request.
