In het profiel voor Tabaksgebruik 3.1 mist bij de PackYears een definitie van de te gebruiken @unit.

Juist omdat PackYears geen directe UCUM equivalent heeft, lijkt het belangrijk dit wel te doen, anders dan gaat het 'alle kanten op'.

Profile updated to require both Observation.component.valueQuantity.system and .unit as suggested in the issue. .unit is a free text string in the FHIR datatype. It is not necessary to require an exact string, nor is it necessary to require having this free text unit string at all. Sending or omitting this string doesn't help or hurt interoperability.
