Wrong SNOMED code in search URL for FunctionalOrMentalStatus in BgZ and GGZ

Description

The current search url on the wiki pages use case BgZ and use case GGZ to retrieve FunctionalOrMantalStatus observations is:

 

GET [base]/Observation?category=http://snomed.info/sct|118228005,http://snomed.info/sct|364644000

This is however not correct according to the profile. The SNOMED code 364644000 should be replaced with 384821006 for "Mental state, behavior and/or psychosocial function finding (finding)"

So the wiki pages should state:

GET [base]/Observation?category=http://snomed.info/sct|118228005,http://snomed.info/sct|384821006

Processed for the develop page for the GGZ use because the GGZ will get an initial system role version.

Will correct this in the development version of BgZ too and increment the system role code, from 2.0.0 to 2.0.1. This version may contain fixes from MM-53 as well.
