PDF/A - Distinguish between default and internal test in scenario 2.5

Description

Whenever we test scenario 2.5 (of the serve use case) internally, the third sub test always fails. Therefore an assert with target 'Nictiz-intern' should be added that checks if the returned HTTP status is 200 (and possibly also checks if the returned resource type is a PDF, similar to the second sub test).

Proposed solution (NL)

  • Voeg een Nictiz-interne assert toe aan de derde subtest binnen scenario 2.5.

  • Zorg ervoor dat alle niet-Nictiz-interne asserts in scenario 2.5 zowel in de default- als NoManifest-usecase worden uitgevoerd.

  • OperationOutcome-gerelateerde asserts toevoegen aan scenario 2.5

Since both this ticket and result in changes in scenario 2.5, it might be convenient to implement both in the same branch.
