Missing mappings/elements in ProcedureRequest

Description

In the zib-ProcedureRequest several mappings/elements are missing:

  • The element .occurrence contains a mapping to NL-CM:0.0.14, but next to that (or even instead of) there should be mappings to NL-CM:14.1.2 and NL-CM:14.1.3 on .occurrencePeriod.start and .occurrencePeriod.end respectively. Note that the corresponding aliases are already present on these elements.

  • On .bodySite only a mapping to zib2015 is added, but the mappings to zib2016 and zib2017 should be present there as well. Moreover an extension to capture laterality should be added to .bodySite, in a similar way as in the zib-Procedure profile.
