generalPractitioner reference starting with Practioner

Description

There are 2 patient entries in the example set that have a reference starting with `Practioner` rather than `Practitioner`. Please update to Practitioner. 

The examples in question are:

  • nl-core-patient-languageProficiency

  • nl-core-patient-legalStatus

Side note, this typo is also made in some core resources.

  • Simplifier.Core.STU3.Extensions-3.0.1/package/StructureDefinition-practitioner-animalSpecies.json

  • Simplifier.Core.STU3.Profiles-3.0.1/package/StructureDefinition-MedicationStatement.json

  • Simplifier.Core.STU3.Resources-3.0.3/package/StructureDefinition-MedicationStatement.json

Deze wijziginging betreft enkel FHIR voorbeelden die in gebruik zijn door de informatiestaandaard BgGGZ. Dit heb ik zodoende aangepast in die BITS issue.

The typo in the core example is outside of our reach to fix. The typo in the examples has been fixed in the development branch and is expected be published in the next major release.
