LastN operation niet nodig binnen use case LaboratoryResults

Description

De LaboratoryResults use case stelt dat de Last N operation nodig is. Dit is niet het geval. Hoogst waarschijnlijk is dit verkeerd gekopieerd uit de BgZ specificatie.

Voorstel is om het volgende stuk te verwijderen en aan te passen naar dat er geen Operation nodig zijn:
