Toevoegen 'known issue' aan MateVanKritiekZijnCodelijst to allergy-intolerance-criticality

De ConceptMap MateVanKritiekZijnCodelijst to allergy-intolerance-criticality https://simplifier.net/NictizSTU3-Zib2017/MateVanKritiekZijnCodelijst-to-allergy-intolerance-criticali/~xml is in MM-1731 gecorrigeerd en is nu een hybride van de zib2017-codelijst en een eerder gereleasde versie. Dat dat niet anders kon ivm backwards incompatibility staat niet ter discussie.

Als ik nu de ConceptMap bekijk, wordt deze afwijking echter nergens uitgelegd. Misschien is het verstandig een comment toe te voegen met een verwijzing naar MM-1731. Misschien is het zelfs mogelijk om per concept aan te geven of deze actueel is of niet?

Known Issue: this conceptmap contains concepts that should not have been included but cannot as of yet be removed due to the backwards compatability of this conceptmap. See MM-1731 for more details.
