Change HTML to Markdown in zib-Problem definition for .clinicalStatus

The profile zib-Problem contains HTML to create a numbered list in the .definition for Condition.clinicalStatus element. This should be changed to Markdown, as this is the datatype for ElementDefinition.definition.
