On zibs.nl, there is a zib named Dispense with attributes very similar to that of MedicationDispense. What is the difference between these two zibs?
I am not sure I understand this question. on zibs.nl there is a functional definition of Dispense. The FHIR implementation of that zib is in the profile you are refering to on Simplifier.
On zibs.nl, Supplier::HealthProfessional (NL-CM:9.9.20858) refers to a HealthcareProvider. Should the reference not point to HealthProfessional instead?
No, the reference to an organization is deliberate as can also be seen in the Dutch version, the 'professional' in the concept column seems to be a translation issue in the zibs, which I will address with the zib-team. I raised it in their BITS-project: https://nictiz.atlassian.net/browse/ZIB-807
On zibs.nl, the DispenseLocation (NL-CM:9.9.20925) attribute is defined as a String. However, on Simplifier, the corresponding destination attribute refers to an nl-core-location.
Yes, this was done on purpose. The string can also be communicated using the nl-core-location and this way we are future-proof (should the functional model be enhanced in the future with the possibility to also contain a proper address). The string should be in Location.name . Admittedly the profile should explain that better, I raised an issue:
_The Touchstone response for the MedicationDispense Scenario 1.1 also has some issues:
In the response, the authorizingPrescription element refers to a MedicatieAfspraak, but should refer to a DispenseRequest according to Simplifier._
Can you please let me know which instance this occurred (the MedicationDispense identifier would suffice)?
Please note: However, when you are implementing Medication Process building blocks it is always best to look at the Medicaton Process information standard, which has a complete functional definition of what you need (using the zib, but adding some additional relations). When you start from the MedMij functional pages which is highly recommended, you are referred to the datamodel in the information standard. Current publication is 2018.06, however from this link to the main page you are always referred to the current publication: https://informatiestandaarden.nictiz.nl/wiki/MedMij:Vcurrent_Ontwerpen
