Problem zib ClinicalStatus can take on values which are not defined by the HCIM

Description

In the HCIM Problem in the ProblemStatusCodelist it says that the values Active and Inactive can be assumed. When parsing the touchstone Problem.XML the value resolved was found in the ClinicalStatus field.

resolved is not contained in the ProblemStatusCodelist. I think something went wrong.

Add ConceptMap from Condition.clinicalStatus to ProbleemStatusCodelijst. Extend ConceptMap from ProbleemStsatusCodelijst to Condition.clinicalStatus. Make a note in the mapping comments about the ConceptMaps

  • Condition.clinicalStatus active/recurrence are related to HCIM ProblemStatus active

  • Condition.clinicalStatus inactive/remission/resolved are related to HCIM ProblemStatus inactive
