Typo in BgLZ FHIR IG

Description

The FHIR IG of BgLZ contains a typo in the list of invocations: 'pracitioner' should be 'practitioner'. In addition, the reference to the FHIR-element for generalPractitioner is not entirely correct, so this should be changed too.
