Add a remark to zib-Painscore that LOINC codes cannot be used

Description

During validation of the zib-Painscore profile, it has been remarked that LOINC codes are available for two of the three measurement methods, whereas custom codes are used in the zib. Therefore, a proposal came up to adopt the LOINC codes in favor of the custom codes.

Together with the Validatieraad, the terminology center and the zib center it has been decided that this is no viable approach as the LOINC codes represent the result of the measurement by a particular method, whereas the custom zib codes describe the method itself. For this reason, the PainMeasuringMethod from the zib is represented using Observation.method, but the LOINC codes would need to be represented using Observation.code.

Because the change is deemed too large, especially as only two of the three methods are represented in LOINC, it has been decided not to use this approach. However, a remark should be made in the profile to explain the situation.

Proposed solution (NL)

In profiel zib-Painscore wordt een commentaar toegevoegd om uit te leggen dat de bestaande LOINC-codes voor de pijnmeethmethodes geen vervanging zijn van de custom codes uit de zib.
