Add comment about the inclusion of all components for profile zib-ChecklistPainbehvior

Description

ChecklistPainbehavior is a score zib defining component measurements and a calculated total. All component measurements are optional because it’s possible register/send just the total without the parts. Together with the zib center and the Validatieraad it has been determined that a remark should be made that the total is always calculated from it component measurements, even if they are not present in the resource. Text of similar vein will be added to the zib itself in the future, see
