      Description

See Zulip for the discussion: https://chat.fhir.org/#narrow/stream/179202-terminology/topic/How.20to.20represent.20SNOMED.20CT.20.3C.20.20conceptid

The IG Publisher, probably through the tx.fhir.org terminology server claims that our SNOMED CT ValueSets that implement < concept id are not supported.

At time of writing it is unclear if that is true or not. If it is not than we don't have to change anything. If it is we might. This issue is just too remind us to follow up.

Example ValueSet that this applies to: ProbleemAnatomischeLocatieCodelijst-2.16.840.1.113883.2.4.3.11.60.40.2.5.1.5--20171231000000.xml
