Description
Dit issue komt voort uit MM-302.
In het Nictiz VitalSignsProfileNL is de cardinaliteit van Observation.performer 1..* terwijl dit in het HL7 FHIR Vital Signs profiel 0..* is.
Middels MM-302 en MM-434 zijn de kwalificatiematerialen aangepast conform de huidige spec. Dit issue is om te bepalen of de huidige specificatie wel correct is.
