TestScripts: algemene rule bevat invalide id

Description

Aan het licht gekomen tijdens testen voor aankomende Touchstone update (KT-331).

Veel TestScripts geven in de nieuwe validator de foutmelding: 

  1. ERROR: id value 'assert_response_queryParamsInSelfLink' is not valid. Location: TestScript.extension[0].extension[0].value.ofType(id) (line 10, col 69).

Het datatype 'id' in FHIR mag geen underscores bevatten. Dit id dient aangepast te worden in alle test en kwalificatiematerialen
