      Description

In the Questionnaires information standard, the client should use a transaction interaction to simultaneously update the Task at the server and create the QuestionnaireResponse at the server. Since this QuestionnaireResponse doesn't exist yet at the server, it has a temporary UUID-based fullUrl. This prevents the use of relative references from the QuestionnaireResponse; relative references use the fullUrl of the containing resource to resolve to absolute references. So the references to the Patient resource in the QuestionnaireResponse should be absolute URLs to the server.

Because this is such a subtle error, the IG should make clear how this works.
