      Voor servers is dit een verruiming van de eisen die zonder impact doorgevoerd kan worden. Voor clients zou het problemen kunnen opleveren als id niet meer altijd aanwezig is in search Bundles. Tot nog toe is tijdens praktijkproeven echter niet gebleken dat dit het geval is. Ook onze eigen medicatieoverzicht Bundles vanuit Touchstone (als server) hebben geen resource.id.

      Following advise of the FHIR community on Zulip, changes were made to paragraph 5.8.2 on topic 'when is id expected' in the FHIR IG.

      However, after the changes were made, we came to new insights, which will be documented in this issue.
